BS1387 erw galvanized steel pipe Supplied in Self Colour, Red, Black or Galvanised condition. Available in Light, Medium and Heavy gauges. A welded tube used in low-pressure applications, fabrications, sprinkler systems, balustrades and fluid conveyanc.
A British standard known as BS 1387 class B galvanized steel pipe applies to welded black pipes that screw onto BS21 pipe threads.
With 20% elongation at break, the minimum yield strength is 195 MPa, while the minimum tensile strength ranges from 320 MPa to 460 MPa.
